Job summary

Bank of Tennessee is seeking an experienced Database Administrator to design, implement, and maintain enterprise database environments. You will ensure data integrity, availability, and security across critical applications and reporting systems.

Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams, support development, implement backup/recovery, high availability, and regulatory compliance, and actively monitor performance to prevent disruptions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related discipline required; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4+ years of database administration experience required
• Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL or similar required
• Experience with backup/recovery, performance tuning, and high availability required
• Experience in financial services or regulated environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain database systems
• Monitor performance and optimize databases
