Join Our Team as a Database Administrator Lead (Neo4J)

We are seeking a skilled Lead Database Administrator specializing in Neo4J to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a unique skill set and experience in designing and managing complex distributed systems.

Job Responsibilities

1. Design and implement complex distributed systems architectures with 5-7+ years of experience.
2. Develop graph-driven data science applications, such as graph-based feature engineering, graph embedding, or graph neural networks.
3. Establish Enterprise Level Standards and Gold Images for provisioning.
4. Implement Encryption Solutions, Backup & Recovery Methodologies for Neo4J.
5. Design Neo4J HA Architecture for Critical Applications (Clustering, Multiple Data Centers, etc.).
6. Manage LDAP Based Authentication & Authorization for Neo4J.

Skills Required

• Significant experience with Neo4J and Cypher query language.
• Proficiency in at least two coding and scripting languages e.g., Python, Java, Scala, Shell Scripting.
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting errors and performance issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt in a rapidly transforming organization.
• Exceptional customer service skills and technical proficiency in IT disciplines.
• Experience with Non-Relational technologies such as MongoDB, Redis is a plus.
