Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC, a premier strategic services firm that meets IT and Service needs for commercial and government clients, is seeking a full-time Database Administrator, Lead to support a DoD customer out of the DMV. This is an exempt remote opportunity.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform all functional duties independently.
2. Design, create, and maintain databases in a client/server environment.
3. Operate desktop database tools, scripts, or queries to process and validate extracted data.
4. Demonstrate expert experience with Oracle 19c.
5. Perform AWS Redshift Data Warehouse and Oracle RDS DB administration.
6. Diagnose and resolve production data load issues in a large-scale AWS data warehouse.
7. Administer, test, and implement computer databases, applying knowledge of database management systems.
8. Establish and maintain data load and validation procedures to ensure data integrity and availability by daily deadlines in an AWS Data Warehouse.
9. Coordinate changes to computer databases.
10. Populate assigned databases with validated records from structured/semi-structured flat files/extracts and source databases.
11. Plan, coordinate, and implement security measures to safeguard computer databases.
12. Maintain databases within an application area, working individually or as part of a team.

Qualifications Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
2. Minimum ten (10) years of experience in database administration.
3. Fifteen (15) years of experience in the design, maintenance, and coding of databases.
4. Must meet specific certification and training requirements in accordance with DoD 8570.1-M, DoDD 8570.1 (Certified within 6 months of assignment).

Experience and Skills:

1. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
2. Excellent critical thinking skills.
3. Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Ability to learn and apply technical concepts to duties.
6. Experience with data science, data mining, statistics, or graph algorithms to support analytics objectives.
7. Experience applying SQL and NoSQL.
8. Experience with MSSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Postgres, and Oracle solutions, applying complex mathematical and statistical concepts.
