JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Database Administrator (DBA) with 6+ years of hands‑on experience in database installation, administration, performance tuning, backup and recovery, security, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in managing enterprise databases in production environments and ensuring high availability, reliability, and optimal database performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage database security, user roles, permissions, and compliance requirements.

• Collaborate with application developers and infrastructure teams for database design and deployment.
• Perform capacity planning and storage management.
• Ensure database documentation, standards, and operational procedures are maintained.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Database certifications such as:
• Oracle Certified Professional (OCP)
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate
• AWS Database Specialty
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.
