The Florida Department of Management Services, Division of People First, on-site in Tallahassee, seeks a Data Warehouse Reporting & Security Lead to join our team. You will oversee the data warehouse and BOBJ reporting, developing statewide workforce reports and providing user training.

You will collaborate with state agencies, leadership, and stakeholders to ensure data integrity, security, and timely delivery of critical insights.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the People First system and Data Warehouse/BOBJ views.
• Experience using the People First BOBJ reporting solution.
• Equivalent experience in business or data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Manages the data warehouse and BOBJ reporting solution in the People First system.
• Develops statewide workforce reports for agencies, leadership, and staff.
• Provides technical assistance and training on data warehouse and reporting.
• Performs reviews, creates test scripts, and validates implementations post-release.
• Liaises with service providers and agencies for data warehouse and reporting.
• Logs and processes public records requests for the team.
• Manages security items in the People First system and conducts security audits.
