Job summary

Menard, Inc Career Center in Eau Claire, WI is seeking a Data Warehouse Developer responsible for designing, developing, and implementing BI and data management solutions to support Menard’s Enterprise Data Warehouse. You will work with architects and business partners to fashion the technical vision for various applications in our Data Warehouse environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor or Associate degree in an analytical field (CS/IT/Data) is required.
1+ years of experience developing SQL code.
Testing, administering, and monitoring of database technologies.
Strong analytical, consultative, and communication skills.
Experience with Postgres/Oracle/SQL Server or ETL tools and BI tools.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise BI solutions with focus on strategy and semantic models.
Design and support ETL/ELT workflows and ensure data quality.
Optimize ETL processes and reporting performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate analytics needs into BI solutions.
Develop test plans and test code prior to deployment.
Monitor, tune, and analyze database performance.
