Job summary

New Mexico Mutual is seeking a Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence Developer to join the Business Analytics team. The role focuses on defining, developing, and supporting analytic systems to give end users timely and accurate data for reporting and analysis.

Based on site in Albuquerque, NM, with relocation assistance if needed. The candidate will work with Cognos and related BI tools, ensuring reliable data delivery and insightful reporting for stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Information Management/Information Systems or related business experience.
• Master’s degree in computer science preferred.
• 3+ years of DW/ETL/BI development and support experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot the existing ETL processes.
• Enhance existing and create new ETL processes.
• Monitor and troubleshoot existing BI applications, including Cognos reporting for end users.
• Collaborate to design and implement data extraction programs for BI solutions.
• Analyze data for accuracy and traceability to source.
• Develop technical documentation for ETL and BI processes.
