Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an onsite (3x a week) Data Visualization SME for the Marketing Business Analytics team. You will own end-to-end reporting, design and optimize Power BI dashboards for executives, ensuring data storytelling, performance, and accuracy.

The role requires translating Sales and Marketing requirements into executive-ready dashboards and maintaining governance standards across enterprise reporting. Prior automotive or retail client experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience creating enterprise PowerBI and/or Tableau dashboards.
• End-to-end reporting ownership from requirements to dashboard design and presentation.
• Ownership of data visualization standards, governance, and best practices.
• Experience migrating or modernizing reporting (SSRS / Tableau Power BI).
• Ability to translate Sales and Marketing requirements into executive ready-dashboard.
• Strong data storytelling and executive presentation mindset.
• Experience supporting Sales and/or Marketing organizations.
• Experience supporting large automotive or retail clients.
