Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to bridge technical and business teams, translating data into actionable dashboards and insights. You will partner with Sales, Service, and Product to capture requirements, build metrics, and deliver scalable reporting solutions.

The role involves data stitching from multiple sources, presenting findings to stakeholders, and helping drive data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment. Strong SQL and BI tooling experience are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience building dashboards and visualizations in Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Strong SQL experience with the ability to query, manipulate, and analyze data.
• Experience collaborating directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver reporting solutions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support a cross-functional software platform developed by the IT organization. This individual will serve as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, transforming data into actionable insights through dashboards, reporting, and analytics. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex business problems, and can effectively collaborate across multiple teams.

Day to Day:

• Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
• Partner with business stakeholders across Sales, Service, and Product teams to understand reporting and analytics needs.

• Work closely with developers, engineers, and data services teams to identify, access, and stitch together data from multiple sources.
