Jobtailor is seeking a data-platform lead to help clients extract insights from their data and guide the end-to-end lifecycle of data pipelines. You will mentor a multi-disciplinary team of analysts, data engineers, developers, and data consumers to design, deploy, and maintain scalable platforms.

This role emphasizes turning data into actionable outcomes for clients and aligning technical solutions with business goals. Collaboration across functions is key.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis.
• 2+ years of experience with data visualization.
• 2+ years of experience with data pipeline engineering.
• Experience with Python, R, or SQL and Foundry.

Responsibilities

• Help clients find answers in their data.
• Oversee development and deployment of data pipelines.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of analysts, data engineers, developers, and data consumers.
