Job summary

Consumers Energy is seeking a Data Visualization Intern to support Learning & Development in collecting data, building dashboards, and improving reporting processes. You will translate data into useful insights while collaborating with technical and nontechnical partners.

The role requires enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Data Analytics, Finance, or Business, with a minimum GPA of 3.0. Hybrid on-site/week role in Michigan; relocation assistance may be available for eligible

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Business or related field (GPA 3.0+).
• Demonstrated ability to turn data into actionable insights and visuals.
• Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, organize, and validate L&D data from available systems and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, visual reports, and automated reporting solutions.
• Partner with L&D, data, and IT contacts to obtain access and resolve data issues.
• Track project measures and provide routine progress updates.
