As a Data Visualization Developer, you’ll play a key role in designing and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports that support both internal operations and external client needs. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders to translate data into insights that drive strategic decisions and improve healthcare outcomes.

With an innovative model of customized pharmacy management, 340B program expertise, specialty pharmacy, and PBA or PBM solutions, VytlOne is leading the way in unlocking revenue, growth and better outcomes for mission-driven hospitals, health systems, health centers, and employer partners.

WHY VYTLONE?

At VytlOne, we believe in the power of data—and the people who bring it to life. Our data visualization developers play a critical role in transforming complex healthcare information into clear, impactful insights that drive smarter decisions and better patient outcomes.

We're looking for professionals who are not just technically skilled, but passionate about design, storytelling, and making a real difference in healthcare. If you thrive at the intersection of data, design, and user experience, you’ll feel right at home here.

With nearly a century of pharmacy expertise and the stability of a Fortune 500 company, we offer the resources to support your growth—alongside the energy, agility, and innovation of a startup.

You'll collaborate with diverse teams, leverage modern BI tools like Power BI and Azure, and help shape how healthcare organizations understand and act on data.

We’re committed to giving you the support you need to do your best work: competitive compensation, an inclusive culture, and a career path with room to grow. At VytlOne, your visualizations won’t just inform—they’ll inspire action across the healthcare landscape.

Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and optimize Power BI dashboards and data visualizations that align with business goals.
  • Transform large and complex datasets into clear, impactful visual stories.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and iterate on reporting solutions.
  • Ensure reporting tools meet HIPAA and PHI compliance standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to reporting and data delivery.
  • Maintain and enhance existing reporting solutions and data models.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of BI standards, tools, and best practices.

Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in data visualization or business intelligence development.
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • 1+ year working with healthcare data, including pharmacy claims, formulary data, dispensing systems, or PBM datasets.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure data products is highly desirable

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Proven portfolio of dynamic, user-friendly dashboards and reports.
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA, PHI regulations, and healthcare data security best practices.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
  • Proficiency in SQL and solid understanding of relational data models.
  • Experience with modern data architecture (e.g., Medallion architecture).
  • Familiarity with tools like Databricks or Microsoft Fabric is a plus.
  • Strong UI/UX design instincts and attention to detail.
  • Ability to clearly explain complex data concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Visio.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
