Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a Data Validation Specialist to support an audit initiative focused on reviewing patient records and verifying required documentation related to veteran and military status for our higher education client. This role will validate account information, ensure documentation is complete, and update records based on checklists and guidelines.

Strong data review and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years as a Data Analyst.
• Excel proficiency with VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, concatenation, pivot tables.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across teams.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and identify issues.
• Experience verifying documentation against requirements.
• Strong organizational skills for high-volume audits.

Responsibilities

• Support an audit initiative reviewing patient records for veteran/military status.
• Validate account information and ensure documentation is complete.
• Update records based on established checklists and guidelines.
• Work with large datasets in Excel (VLOOKUP, concatenation, Pivot Tables).
