Qualifications

• Strong organizational and analytical skills with high-volume data.
• Excellent cross-team communication and collaboration.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and web-based platforms; familiarity with financial data a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Data Validation Specialists for career development.
• Manage work allocation, prioritization, and delivery.
• Review and audit data validation projects for standards.
• Drive process improvements to increase data occurrence and reduce turnaround time.
• Develop and maintain docs, templates, SOPs for data validation.
• Collaborate across Sales, Client Solutions, Product, and Engineering.
