Job summary

Numerator is seeking a Data Triage Manager to lead our Data Triage team within the Product BI organization. You will coach, develop, and grow analysts responsible for identifying, diagnosing, and resolving data quality issues, while also owning the roadmap for data triage and driving scalable, durable solutions.

You will partner with Product, Data, and Engineering to translate issues into measurable improvements and define metrics for quality and triage performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, math, CS, economics or related quantitative field.
• 8+ years of data analytics, data operations, or related work.
• 3+ years leading data/analytics teams.
• Experience owning a roadmap and prioritizing needs in a product-owner capacity.
• Working proficiency in SQL with ability to investigate data and partner with engineering.
• Familiarity with building internal dashboards and reporting tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams, deliver results autonomously, and lead people and projects in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and translate data into insights.
• Effective communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Curiosity about AI and interest in adopting AI tools and techniques.
