Job summary

Capital Group seeks motivated students to join the Data & Technology Track Associate program in New York. You will gain exposure to data analytics, data science, and digital product work, supporting investment decisions and client experiences through BI, modeling, and AI initiatives.

Ideal candidates are analytical, collaborative, and equipped with Python, SQL, R, Spark and data visualization skills, with a GPA ≥3.0 and graduation date in 2026–2027.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with anticipated graduation between Fall 2026 and Spring 2027.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Degree in a quantitative, analytical, technology, engineering, mathematics, data science, computer science, economics, statistics, finance, information systems, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Three rotational assignments completed over two years across Data & Analytics, Data Science, Digital Products & UX, and Data Strategy & Solutions.
• Analyze complex datasets, create reports and visualizations to inform decisions.
• Translate business needs into data-driven solutions and contribute to AI initiatives.
