Capital Group invites applications for the Rotational Program Data & Technology Track Associate in New York. The two-year program features three rotations across Data & Analytics, Data Science, and Digital Products to accelerate your impact on investment processes and client experiences.

You will analyze datasets, build reports, and contribute to data-driven solutions while developing skills through Core Skills Academy and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree with anticipated graduation Fall 2026–Spring 2027.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Degree in a quantitative, analytical, technology, engineering, mathematics, data science, computer science, economics, statistics, finance, information systems, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Capital Group's Data & Technology rotational track across multiple teams.
• Analyze complex datasets, develop reports and visualizations to support decision-making.
• Support data and AI initiatives and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Engage in Core Skills Academy and other professional development opportunities.
