Capital Group in Los Angeles is launching the Data & Technology Track Associate, a two-year rotational program designed to expose you to data, analytics, AI, and digital product work across investment processes and client experiences.

You will rotate through Data & Analytics, Data Science, Digital Products & UX, and Data Strategy, tackling real datasets, building reports, and influencing decisions, with Core Skills Academy supporting your growth.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with a 2026–2027 graduation window.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA or higher is preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Data & Analytics, Data Science, Digital Products & UX, and Data Strategy tracks.
• Analyze complex datasets and build reports/visualizations to inform decisions.
• Apply AI and quantitative methods to solve business challenges and improve outcomes.
