Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with anticipated graduation between Fall 2026 and Spring 2027.
• Minimum GPA 3.0.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Degree in a quantitative/analytical/tech field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in three rotational assignments over two years across Data & Analytics, Data Science, Digital Products & UX, and Data Strategy & Solutions.
• Analyze complex datasets, develop reports and visualizations, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Support data, AI initiatives, and business-demand translation to data-driven solutions.
• Engage in Capital Group Core Skills Academy for professional development and networking.
