Job summary

Beyer Blinder Belle is seeking a Data & Systems Strategist to serve as the central steward of the firm's business systems and data layer. Reporting to the Director of Design Technology, this role will unify standards across Deltek VantagePoint and OpenAsset and expand Power BI reporting for leadership visibility into business development performance and opportunities.

• Define data standards and governance across business systems.
• Coordinate taxonomy and metadata design across platforms.
• Build and maintain training materials for system users.

Responsibilities

• Serve as administrator for Deltek Vantagepoint and OpenAsset, including user access and workflow setup.
• Expand data structure governance to project folders and network file organization.
• Expand Power BI reporting for leadership visibility into business development metrics.
• Audit data quality and resolve duplicates, gaps, and inconsistent classifications.
