The Horizon Institute for Public Service is seeking a full-time Program Associate (Data Systems) to support our expanding data infrastructure. You’ll become the internal expert on Horizon’s data holdings, ensure data quality, and collaborate with engineers and program staff to keep systems reliable for mission-critical work.

Qualifications

• Junior role suitable for recent graduates or career pivots into technical work.
• Some real-world background in data science, engineering, database administration, or related fields is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Expand, enrich, and maintain critical datasets across Horizon’s internal talent database.
• Improve our technical infrastructure with new features, dashboards, and documentation.
• Automate recurring data tasks using automation and LLM tools where appropriate.
• Develop technical skills and explore new ideas within Horizon’s data systems and tech stack.
• Flex to support Horizon’s mission and assist with other data systems tasks as needed.
