Job summary

Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC is seeking a Data Systems Supervisor to support our government customer at Kekaha, Hawai'i, within the PMRF environment. You will supervise the Data Systems Section, manage schedules and training, ensure cybersecurity and contract compliance, and deliver data products meeting PWS requirements.

Candidates must be a U.S. citizen with a Secret clearance; a High School diploma is required, a Bachelor's degree is preferred, and 3+ years of supervisory experience is

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in supervisory or leadership capacity.
• Experience handling data for Fleet exercises and Test & Evaluation preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee all Data Systems Section activities in line with operational forecasts.
• Provide supervision and administrative management for Data Systems staff and ensure required certifications.
• Coordinate meetings, training, and performance reviews; maintain a safe working environment.
