Job summary

The UCSF Institute for Health Policy Studies, in conjunction with the San Francisco Veterans Administration, seeks an experienced Data Systems Manager to support the CHIME VA Data Core. The incumbent will apply advanced data and information management concepts to conduct operational and research projects, designing, developing and maintaining databases for recruitment, follow-up, and related activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Ability to prepare complex data models unassisted.
• Experience in data integration and data services.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain databases for research projects.

• Administer and maintain server-based applications and storage for multiple investigators.
