Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Education, or related field required.
• Experience in chronic disease prevention and public health preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and evaluation of Wellness and Prevention programs.
• Provide leadership for the Diabetes Program and related initiatives.
