Job summary

The AmeriCorps VISTA member will join GROW Initiative GA in Savannah, GA to strengthen organizational capacity by building data systems, improving communication tools, and documenting program activities.

The role focuses on tracking outcomes, engaging community partners, and supporting sustainability through data-driven evaluation, outreach materials, and clearer documentation.

Stipend and benefits provided; serves full-time for one year, with education award options and health coverage.

Job description

The goal of this project is to strengthen the organizational capacity of GROW Initiative GA by improving data systems, communication tools, and documentation practices that support community-based programs, resource development, and long-term sustainability. Through this work, GROW can better track outcomes, communicate impact, and expand access toeducation, health, nutrition, and support services for underserved residents in Savannah and Coastal Georgia

Member Duties : The VISTA member will build the organizational capacity of GROW Initiative GA by developing and improving internal data management systems, strengthening communication and outreach materials, supporting program evaluation, and organizing documentation that improves continuity and sustainability. These efforts will help GROW better monitor participation and outcomes, demonstrate community impact, and position the organization for stronger partnerships and funding opportunities
