Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years as a business analyst or similar, with experience writing requirements for a technical team and working with product owners or managers.
• Strong interviewing and facilitation skills, comfortable with both sales and engineering stakeholders.
• Experience with process-mapping tools and productivity suites (Visio/Lucidchart/Miro; MS 365/Google Workspace).
• Understanding of data flows, APIs, and system integrations enough to describe information movement.
• Excel or Google Sheets proficiency for simple reports.
• Organized and dependable with reliable follow-through across multiple workstreams.
• Clear, concise writing; documentation is the product.
• Discretion handling resident payment data and credit data; treat as confidential.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate interviews and working sessions with sales, operations, client success, and finance stakeholders.
• Document current-state operations, including roles, processes, cross-team handoffs, and the systems and tools that support them.
• Map end-to-end workflows, including partner onboarding, resident enrollment, and money movement with controls and handoffs.
• Produce or oversee process maps, data inventories, and RACI matrices for engineering inputs.
• Define future-state processes with a gap analysis to guide engineering toward a target state.
• Refine backlog with the Agile team and clarify stories for delivery.
• Participate in sprint planning and reviews, representing sales and operations needs.
• Track progress, timelines, action items, risks, and blockers.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and launch readiness with business teams.
• Build basic operational and program reporting (enrollment, adoption, delivery status).
• Prepare weekly status updates for internal stakeholders.
• Maintain clean Confluence documents for easy handoff.
