Job summary

Our client seeks a Data & Systems Analyst to transform manual and Excel-based processes into standardized data models and automated workflows. You will work closely with Operations and Manufacturing to improve data collection, organization, analysis, and reporting.

You will build Power BI dashboards and KPIs to increase visibility into manufacturing performance, and you will design scalable data workflows across ERP and legacy systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Approximately 6–10 years of experience in data analytics, business systems, operations, development, or similar roles.
• Strong proficiency with SQL, advanced Excel, and Power BI; experience with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Manufacturing, Operations, and cross-functional teams to understand workflows, reporting needs, and challenges.
• Extract, transform, and model data from ERP, legacy, and operational systems to support reporting and analysis.
• Develop standardized datasets for ongoing operational reporting.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, KPIs, and operational analytics.
• Develop automation scripts and workflows to reduce manual data entry and repetitive reporting tasks.

They are seeking an experienced Data & Systems Analyst who will work closely with Operations and Manufacturing teams to improve how operational data is collected, organized, analyzed, and reported. This role combines data analytics, systems improvement, automation, and business process optimization to create more efficient and scalable workflows.

A major focus of the position will be transitioning existing manual and Excel-based processes into standardized data models, automated workflows, and dashboards that provide greater visibility into manufacturing and operational performance
