Qualifications

Responsibilities

Enter, maintain and manage data within the organization, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Provide support to the professional services team in analyzing and interpreting data to inform business decisions.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert concerning the CRM software and data policies and processes.
Provide support to the professional services team via JIRA ticket requests.
Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in data management and analysis processes.
