Job summary

Cherry Bekaert LLP is seeking a Data Support Coordinator in the Augusta, GA area to enter, maintain and manage organizational data with a strong focus on accuracy. You will support the professional services team by analyzing data to inform decisions and act as the CRM SME, especially around data policies and processes.

The role requires 2+ years in data management, experience with Microsoft Dynamics preferred, and an Associates Degree in Business or Data Analytics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of data management and analysis experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
• Associates Degree in Business, Data Analytics or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members.
• Intermediate to advanced level proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Enter, maintain and manage data within the organization, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Provide support to the professional services team in analyzing and interpreting data to inform business decisions.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert concerning the CRM software and data policies and processes.
• Provide support to the professional services team via JIRA ticket requests.
• Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in data management and analysis processes.
