Job summary

TECO Partners is seeking a Data Support Analyst to manage customer program data, rebate processing, and commission reporting. You will work with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and smooth program operations.

The role emphasizes data analysis, KPI reporting, and process improvements across teams. A hybrid office arrangement is expected, with some remote work and collaboration across TECO Partners and external partners.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience in market research, customer service, sales administration, or other related experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using SAP.
• Experience using Adobe Acrobat Pro.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate customer program data and monitor data sources.
• Administer sales commission processes using BI reports and ad hoc queries.
• Support vendor, supplier, and stakeholder relationships for rebate and program initiatives.
• Analyze rebate and program performance and report insights for business decisions.
• Improve processes and technology workflows related to rebates and invoicing.
