Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience in market research, customer service, sales administration, or other related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel; SAP experience and Adobe Acrobat Pro preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve customer program data, including data sources and data quality.
• Administer sales commission processes using BI reports and ad hoc queries.
• Support vendor, supplier, and stakeholder relationships and communications.
• Analyze rebate and customer program performance and generate insights for decision making.
• Improve rebate processing, reporting, and customer program workflows with technology.
