Job summary

THE·TEAM in Los Angeles seeks a Project Manager to lead the Global Insights and Innovation team’s Data Strategy initiatives. You will oversee data-focused projects from planning through delivery, aligning data work with business goals while ensuring governance and compliance across platforms.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of project management experience, strong data governance knowledge, and proven ability to drive programs with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of project management experience, preferably data-focused.
• Experience shaping data strategy roadmapping and prioritization.
• Solid knowledge of data governance principles (quality, privacy, compliance).
• Proven track record delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Experience with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2, CCPA).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across technical, business, and compliance audiences.
• Experience with Jira, Asana, Monday.com or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead data-related projects end-to-end: scoping, planning, execution, and delivery.
• Build project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across workstreams.
• Establish operating mechanisms -- status cadences, intake processes, and launch readiness criteria.
• Remove blockers and maintain momentum to meet delivery timelines.
• Drive go/no-go decisions for major milestones and data platform changes.
• Communicate project strategy, progress, and outcomes to leadership through updates.
