Job summary

THE·TEAM, headquartered in Los Angeles, is hiring a Project Manager for Data Strategy within Global Insights and Innovation. You will lead end-to-end data initiatives, shape roadmaps, manage timelines and budgets, and partner with compliance, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.

The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and clear communication to executives, with a strong focus on data quality, privacy, and platform decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of project management experience, technical or data-focused.
• Experience shaping data strategy roadmaps and prioritization.
• Solid knowledge of data governance, data quality, and privacy.
• Experience with compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2, CCPA).
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Asana or Monday.com.

Responsibilities

• Lead data-related projects end-to-end: scoping, planning, execution and delivery.
• Build and own project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Establish governance cadences, intake processes, and launch criteria.
• Maintain alignment with leadership through status updates and planning docs.
• Ensure data governance, privacy, and compliance across workstreams.
• Identify risks, manage scope, and communicate trade-offs to stakeholders.
