• Establish data governance standards, roles, and processes that strengthen data ownership, stewardship, quality, consistency, security, and accountability across divisions.
• Identify priority data gaps and coordinate practical solutions that support reliable reporting and informed decision-making.
• Increase the department’s capacity to complete data cleanup work by direct data review, correction, and validation tasks.
