Job summary

Montgomery Parks is seeking a Data Strategy Lead to guide how operational, asset, budget, GIS, and performance data are defined, managed, and reported. You will coordinate with multiple divisions to implement data standards, dashboards, and processes that link service delivery to asset condition and resource needs.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience with dashboards and data stewardship, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights for both

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Geographic Information Systems or related field.
• Four years of experience in applications support and development; may substitute eight years combined education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a department-wide data strategy and governance standards.
• Lead efforts to create dashboards and reports that connect service delivery with asset and budget data.
• Collaborate across divisions to improve data integrity and reporting practices.
