Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Data Strategy Lead / Data Product Manager to define and drive the strategic direction of a banking data domain. You will align with enterprise architecture, governance, and business priorities to enable Agile teams.

You will promote data-as-a-product, collaborate with enterprise architects, and support cloud modernization, data quality, and regulatory needs while delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Data strategy, architecture, and governance experience in large enterprises.
• Banking/financial services domain knowledge and regulatory awareness.
• Minimum 10 years in data leadership, product, or architecture roles.

Responsibilities

• Domain Strategy & Roadmaps: Define and maintain the strategic vision for the data domain; co-develop roadmaps with delivery teams.
• Portfolio Intake & Discovery: Evaluate new demand during intake to identify opportunities for strategic execution; align with priorities.
• Delivery Outcome Tracking: Monitor delivery outputs against objectives; raise misalignments and propose corrective actions.
• Voice of Customer & Use Case Capture: Engage with stakeholders to ensure strategy reflects needs and drives value.
• Integration with Enterprise Architects: Partner with architects to align with blueprints; co-own pattern libraries and governance.
• PI Planning & Inspect & Adapt: Participate in PI Planning; incorporate audit learnings and incidents into strategy updates.
• Data-as-Product Advocacy: Promote data-as-a-product through models, APIs, and contracts; collaborate with product owners.
