Job summary

Flowserve seeks a hands-on Project Manager to lead the Enterprise Data Strategy and Governance (EDSG) PMO. You will steer a cross-functional team of employees and consultants through design, development, implementation, deployment, and maintenance of data warehouse and analytics solutions.

You will manage risks and budgets, secure buy-in across business and IT, and coordinate data extraction, mapping, and reporting to support medallion architecture and enterprise dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, information technology, business analytics, or operational research.
• 5-7 years of work experience in project management, business analytics, data analytics, or process design.
• Affinity with ERP and CRM platforms; strong communications in English; experience with PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional team to deliver EDSG implementations on time and within budget.
• Manage project risks, financials, planning, and budgeting.
• Ensure buy-in from business and IT management at all levels.
• Coordinate data extraction, harmonization, and data governance activities.
• Oversee design, development, deployment, and maintenance across project phases.
• Report outcomes and risks to management channels per the plan.
• Collaborate with data engineers and BI developers on dashboards and analytics.
