Job summary

North Carolina Museum of Art Foundation is seeking a Manager of Business Intelligence and Data Strategist to leverage NCMA data to drive insights and strategy that optimize operations and achieve goals.

You will work closely with the CFO and Director/CEO, collaborating with the Museum Evaluator and other stakeholders to improve visitor experience, revenue, and fundraising opportunities.

Qualifications

• BA or BS with a quantitative focus.
• 10+ years of experience as a systems or data analyst.
• Strong data collection, data management, data mapping and modeling skills.
• Proven experience with data-based decision-making processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong presentation and PM skills.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes advanced analytical techniques to analyze linkage and interactions among systems.
• Extracts insights from large datasets to drive revenue, fundraising, and visitor experience improvements.
• Applies data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modeling to support organizational challenges.
• Mentors team members and collaborates with CFO and CEO on strategy and operations.
