Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred in quantitative field
• PhD preferred
• 5 years of experience as a Data Scientist
• 2+ years of people management experience leading data scientists or analysts
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Leads, coaches, and develops data scientists through technical direction and career guidance
• Sets standards for analytical quality, experimentation, and responsible AI use
• Guides the team in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data mining
• Reviews model assumptions, feature development, and results interpretation for reliability
• Prioritizes the portfolio based on business value and stakeholder readiness
• Builds relationships with business leaders and IT
• Translates ambiguous business questions into analytical plans
• Educates stakeholders on analytics, validates findings and adoption
• Communicates insights to executive and non-technical audiences
• Responsible for career development and coaching of team members
• Fosters an inclusive work environment
• Interprets organizational strategy to align team goals
