Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field is required; master's in related fields preferred; PhD encouraged.
• Experience leading data science teams and shaping analytics strategy.
• Strong ability to translate complex analytics into actionable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Leads, coaches, and develops data scientists through technical direction and career guidance.
• Sets standards for analytical quality, experimentation, and model governance.
• Guides the team in applying statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and AI methods to solve business problems.
• Reviews model approaches, feature development, and results to ensure reliability and explainability.
• Prioritizes portfolio based on business value and strategic alignment.
• Builds relationships with business leaders and IT to enable delivery.
• Translates ambiguous business questions into well-scoped analytical plans.
• Educates stakeholders to share knowledge on analytics and AI processes.
• Communicates insights to executive and non-technical audiences with clear storytelling.
