Job summary

One80 Intermediaries is seeking a Data Steward in Illinois to ensure data quality, governance, and usability across marketing, reporting, and operations for informed decision-making.

The role collaborates with IT and business teams to monitor data integrity, document processes, and drive standardized workflows using Pearl systems and Excel-based analyses.

The position emphasizes cross-functional communication and enforcing data governance to support campaigns and reliable reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field; 2+ years of experience using basic statistical procedures, research methods, and evaluation techniques; 2+ years of analyzing/managing data via tools such as Excel; 2+ years of marketing analysis experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must possess intermediate skills in research, including knowledge of marketing, customer behavior evaluation, statistical theory and application, Excel, and Access.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to interface effectively at all levels within an organization.

Responsibilities

• Understand Synergy System Data and how it is used for reporting and marketing and by business.
• Monitor data for integrity, provide recommendations for improvement, identify inconsistencies, quality issues and trends.
• Act as a subject matter expert on the data and how to interpret it to the marketing and reporting teams.
• Understand the business context in which data is used and how it supports business operations.
• Help to troubleshoot reporting data issues or inconsistencies.
• Make recommendations to Marketing and Sales Leads on better ways to utilize data to maximize our sales campaigns based on client experience.
