Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Mid-Level Data Specialist to support a government client in processing data using LAW. You will load large volumes of production data, run exports for productions, and download files from JEFS, ensuring accuracy and quality.

You will collaborate with Case Managers and IT staff, perform data conversions, file processing, and provide hands-on training to other Data Specialists.

Qualifications

• Experience loading large volumes of production data.
• Ability to run multiple load streams simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Relativity and data exports.
• Perform quality control on load/export files.

Responsibilities

• Modify load files and QC on loaded data quickly and accurately.
• Assist with creating and updating document processing procedures as needed.
• Run multiple load streams simultaneously.
• Perform native file processing in LAW.
• Export data from Relativity to create load files for other platforms.
• Performs data conversion processing for various document types.
• Perform special format data conversions and file manipulation requests.
• Handle quality control on load files and Relativity data loads and exports.
• Provide hands-on training to other Data Specialists as needed.
