Washington-Saratoga-Warren-Hamilton-Essex BOCES is seeking a data-focused professional to collect, verify, and manage student-related data. You will work with multiple systems to ensure data integrity and support reporting for NYSED, CRDC, BEDS, and DASA.
The role involves coordinating with registration, administrators, and teaching staff, under department supervision. Employment notes include on-site duties with standard work hours and a single position.

Location: Wilton (on-site, no remote option)
This is aposition responsible for the collection of student-related data and using standard programs, for the reproduction and processing of analysis and reports of the data. There is latitude for a range of independent judgment within established guidelines and procedures. In the collection of data, this position will have considerable contact with registration staff, administrators, and teaching staff. The work is performed under the general direction of the department supervisors. The incumbent does related work as required.
Note:Vacancies are filled by a certified list provided by Washington County Civil Service. Should no certified list be available, candidates appointed to this position will serve in a provisional appointment in accordance with New York State Civil Service Law. The candidate must successfully complete a competitive examination and be eligible for appointment in accordance with Civil Service Law and the Civil Service Rules for Washington County to obtain a permanent appointment.
