Qualifications

• 8+ years in data engineering or architecture.
• 3+ years in a technical leadership role with hands-on delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering, development, and delivery of enterprise data solutions using Microsoft Fabric.
• Engineer scalable data pipelines, data products, semantic models, and platform capabilities.
• Establish engineering standards and best practices across the Data Solutions organization.
• Mentor engineers through technical coaching, code reviews, and collaborative development.
• Drive automation and operational efficiency across development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into engineered data solutions.
