Responsibilities

• Consult with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business processes into technical survey solutions.
• Design, develop, configure, and maintain online surveys and webforms using no-code platforms such as Alchemer, Qualtrics, Jotform, and FormBuilder.
• Implement complex skip logic, branching, and custom features to ensure smooth respondent navigation and data integrity.
• Test surveys and webforms to ensure cross-device compatibility and data collection accuracy.
• Design and build automated workflows that trigger actions based on survey/form responses.
• Integrate forms/surveys with enterprise systems and third-party apps; use AI-enabled tools to streamline operations.
• Collect, transform, and analyze data from surveys and related systems; develop dashboards and reports.
• Assist with training registrations systems and related website forms; support data analytics tools in training systems.
