• Implement complex skip logic, branching, and custom features to ensure smooth respondent navigation and data integrity.
• Test surveys and webforms to ensure cross-device compatibility and data collection accuracy.
• Design and build automated workflows that trigger actions based on survey/form responses.
• Integrate forms/surveys with enterprise systems and third-party apps; use AI-enabled tools to streamline operations.
• Collect, transform, and analyze data from surveys and related systems; develop dashboards and reports.
• Assist with training registrations systems and related website forms; support data analytics tools in training systems.

Job description

Duties Responsibilities

1. Survey and Webform Development

• a. Consult with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business processes into technical solutions.
• b. Design, develop, configure, and maintain online surveys and webforms using specialized no-code platforms such as Alchemer, Qualtrics, Jotform, and FormBuilder.
• c. Implement complex skip logic, branching, and custom features to ensure smooth respondent navigation and data integrity.
• d. Test surveys and webforms thoroughly before launch to identify bugs, ensure cross-device compatibility, and validate that data collection meets specified requirements.

2. Automation and Workflow Development

• a. Design and build automated workflows that trigger actions based on survey and form responses, such as sending emails and pushing data into external systems.
• b. Develop approval processes, notification systems, task assignments, escalation procedures, and data-routing mechanisms.
• c. Integrate forms and surveys with enterprise systems, databases, reporting platforms, and third-party applications.
• d. Utilize AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to streamline operations, improve accuracy, and increase efficiency.

3. Data Analysis and Reporting

• a. Collect, transform, and analyze data from surveys, forms, service management tools, LMS platforms, ERP systems, and other enterprise applications.
• b. Develop complex reports, dashboards, visualizations, and performance metrics.
• c. Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business decisions.

4. Training and Website Development

• a. Assist with the development of training registration systems and learner workflows to ensure consistent user experiences and effective transmission of data.
• b. Assist with configuration of reporting and data analytics tools for training systems and websites.
• c. Assist with the implementation of forms and automation tools in websites and webpages.

5. Other Duties

• a. Perform other duties as appropriate for a Data Solutions specialist.
