Job summary

The University of Illinois System is seeking a Data Solutions Specialist to design, build, and maintain surveys, webforms, automated workflows, and reporting tools that support data-informed decision making. You will collaborate with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to deliver user-centered data solutions.

You will work with no-code platforms (Alchemer, Qualtrics, Jotform, FormBuilder), develop data analyses and dashboards, and help implement training systems and data analytics across

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of IT-related coursework or work experience.
• Additional education may be required based on position.

Responsibilities

• Survey and webform development with no-code platforms.
• Design and implement automated workflows and data routing.
• Collect, transform, and analyze data and develop reports and dashboards.
• Assist with training registration systems and website data analytics.
• Perform other duties as appropriate for a Data Solutions Specialist.
