Job summary

enGen is seeking a data analytics professional to manage analytical aspects of business products and services lifecycles. You will translate data needs into requirements, create datasets and reports, and ensure quality delivery while collaborating with customers and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems or related field or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems or related field (preferred).
• Six Sigma and PMP certifications (preferred).
• HIPAA/privacy compliance awareness noted in company guidelines and required policies.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers, Data Engineers, Data Architects, Capability Managers, and other team members to capture capability needs and drive quality data and reporting solutions.
• Responsible for creation and maintenance of deliverables such as data set creation, operational reports, and analytical dashboards.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to identify and address data-related challenges across project phases.
• Support testing of data and report delivery requirements and analyze results for customer impact.
• Assure compliance with required standards and approvals throughout the data delivery lifecycle.
• Communicate project status and assist with requirement walkthroughs and sprint reviews.
