Job summary

enGen is seeking a data and analytics professional to drive data and reporting solutions for business products within a defined scope. The role collaborates with customers, data engineers, and capability managers to translate data needs into detailed requirements and dashboards.

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years in information systems or technology, with preferred Lean/Six Sigma and healthcare experience.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Information Systems or Technology.
• 1 year of Lean/Six Sigma (preferred).
• 1 year of Health Insurance or Healthcare Industry experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Capture capability needs with customers and teams to deliver data and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven insights.
• Support data and report delivery testing and document results.
• Ensure compliance and obtain required approvals throughout data delivery lifecycle.
• Communicate project status and requirements through walkthroughs and reviews.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
