Job summary

enGen is seeking a detail-oriented data analytics professional to manage data, reporting, and capability development within a cross-functional team. The role focuses on translating business data needs into detailed requirements for new capabilities and enhancements, while ensuring quality delivery and risk management.

The candidate will collaborate with customers and internal teams, drive data-driven insights, and mentor junior resources as needed.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Information Systems or Technology.
• 1 year of Lean/Six Sigma
• 1 year of experience in Health Insurance or Healthcare Industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems or related field or relevant experience as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers, Data Engineers, Data Architects, Capability Managers, and other team members to capture capability needs and drive quality data and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to proactively identify and address data-related challenges across project phases.
• Support testing of data and report delivery requirements to ensure minimal production defects and analyze results for customer impact.
• Assure compliance for required standards and approvals throughout the data delivery lifecycle.
• Communicate with team members, customers, partners and management; assist with requirement walkthroughs and sprint reviews, and report project status.
• Other duties as assigned or requested.
